Dr. Adam accepts various insurance plans. He also accepts payments directly. Patients will pay on site for their treatment at the time of each visit. Patients will also pay on site for Jennifer Sadler and Anna Ogle at the time of each visit.

short-notice consultation (within 24 hours) with dr adam: $650

A “NEW PATIENT” PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION IS REQUIRED IF A PATIENT HAS NOT HAD A FOLLOW-UP FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR.

Note: Co-payments of insurance are accepted in cash only.

Co-payments are due at the time of your visit. 

Cancellation Policy 

Dr. Adam, Jennifer Sadler, and Michael Hargrove, MD require a 48 hour cancellation policy. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee.
